Samples Taking and Quick Analysis Surface Equipment

A true representative sample is required for every PVT analysis. One can collect such samples using a bottomhole sampler. In cases when it is impossible, samples may be taken from the well test separator during production testing operations. Gas, oil or condensate are collected separately at the same separator conditions. Later, the components are recombined for PVT analysis in the laboratory.
The entire set of equipment features the following items:

1. Sampling unit by 20 ltr in volume for taking samples from the choke manifold and test 3-phase separator), WP = 200 Bar – 2 ea;
2. Steel and plastic sampling unit, 7 liters in volume (for taking samples from X-mas tree / choke manifold and 3-phase well test separator– 2 off
3. Vacuum Pump for evacuation of air out of a sampler unit – 1 off
4. Manual centrifuge for determination of solids contents in the production – 2 off
5. Manual Refractometer for formation fluid rapid analysis – 1 off
6. Manual Pump and Gas-detector complete with gas indicator tubes to determine contents of H2S, CO2 and mercaptan in the product – 1 off
7. A set of lab material and equipment including densimeters, gaged indicator strips, temperature gauges, sample bottles, funnels, scales, packages etc. -1 off.
